By placing an order with Cartsmaker, you agree to the following terms regarding design confirmation, production, payment, delivery, warranty, and more.
Design confirmation must be approved via WhatsApp or email before we proceed with production. Any changes after this point may incur extra charges.
Advance payment is mandatory to begin production of your custom cart design.
Estimated delivery timeline will be shared after order confirmation, based on current workload and material availability.
Final payment must be made before or at the time of delivery. Carts will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of confirmation. Any delay may result in forfeiture of the advance.
Once a cart is in production or has been dispatched, cancellation will not be entertained and the buyer must complete full payment.
Full refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made within the allowed window of 24 hours.
Cartsmaker reserves the right to cancel orders due to raw material issues, stock unavailability, or payment delays.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as transport strikes, weather, or third-party logistics.
Delay in final confirmation or payment after cart is ready will incur a storage fee of Rs. 500 per day.
A limited 7-day warranty is provided from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Misuse or damage from external conditions is not covered.

Legal matters, if any, will fall under the jurisdiction of the seller’s registered location.
